**Lesson Outline:**
**Introduction (10 minutes)**
1. **Welcome and Introduction:**
- Greet the students warmly.
- Briefly introduce the three key topics of the lesson.
- Quick icebreaker activity: Ask students to share what they had for breakfast and how they ensured it was clean.
**Topic 1: People to Respect (15 minutes)**
1. **Discussion:**
- Ask students who they think we should respect. Encourage answers like parents, teachers, elders, doctors, police, etc.
- Explain why each of these people deserves respect and gratitude.
2. **Activity:**
- Show pictures of community helpers (teachers, doctors, firefighters, etc.).
- Have students share how they can show respect to each of these individuals.
- Provide a worksheet where they can color and identify people to respect.
**Topic 2: Sources of Danger – Eating Contaminated Food (15 minutes)**
1. **Discussion:**
- Explain what contaminated food is and how it can be harmful.
- Discuss ways to avoid eating contaminated food (washing hands, eating freshly cooked food, proper storage, etc.).
2. **Role-Play/Activity:**
- Show pictures of clean and contaminated food.
- Have students sort the pictures into safe and unsafe categories.
- Discuss each choice during the activity to reinforce the right actions.
